| Our Breakfast Menu has a wide range of choices for you – Full English with many variations including Continental and Vegetarian options. Breakfast can be as leisurely as you like, daily and weekend broadsheet newspapers are always available for you to read, and breakfast can be a very sociable occasion – especially when all of our guests have been to the same wedding or party the night before and have fun comparing notes.

| 2 acres of beautifully tended and carefully planted gardens open under the NGS 2008 – to enjoy, relax, sit, walk, look at the hens and ponies in the paddock, watch the ducks on the pond, enjoy the huge range of plants, shrubs and trees with all year interest – see many of the plants on your Bach Flower List – ask us and we will help you find them in our garden. Take your coffee or glass of wine and sit outside with your book or magazine, or just sit.
Visit our lovely 13th Century Church, walk round our very pretty and peaceful village, wander up to The Bear Inn, our local friendly pub, for lunch or supper, or for a pint of special beer, watch Cricket behind the pub – a very competitive and strong village club founded in 1858. |
