The Green Room is a very pretty, light and airy large double
room, overlooking our garden with views towards the paddock
and fields beyond. The five foot wide Vi Spring double bed,
sofa and ottoman provide exceptionally comfortable sleeping
and sitting. A large stripped pine wardrobe and chest of drawers
offer masses of hanging and storage space, whilst the desk
and chair for work give a workspace for your laptop and papers. As with all of our rooms, there are tea and coffee making
facilities, a hairdryer, thick fluffy towels and bathrobes,
as well as TV with digital channels, radio clock alarm and
WiFi Broadband Internet access as standard. This room shares a bathroom and separate loo with The Blue
Room, making it ideal for family or friends travelling together.
The two rooms together also work very well for guests with
children, as there are no other guests in this part of the
house, so you can relax and let your children be themselves
without disturbing guests in the room next door.
The bathroom
and loo are along the landing, so you have complete privacy
in your room and whilst using the bathroom etc. There
is room for an additional child’s single bed or travel
cot.
