This is the most recent room to be added – we have
carefully restored a traditional thatched stable and created
a wonderful little en suite self contained cottage, with small
kitchen, sleeping area and large sofa, as well as table and
chairs for eating or working. This room is beautifully decorated,
again, in traditional style with limewash ragged walls and
ceilings, heavy Malabar Crewel fabric contrasted with lighter
softer fabrics, handmade wooden floor from reclaimed 18th Century
pine, make this room very cosy, spacious and comfortable. As with all of our rooms, a five foot exceptionally comfortable
bed – Vi Spring – plus large comfortable sofa,
Hans Grohe power shower and many other extra details, make
this a lovely room for one night or one month. As standard,
this room has TV with digital channels, tea and coffee facilities,
fridge in the kitchen, hairdryer, Corby trouser press, WiFi
Broadband Internet Access, Radio Alarm Clock. We provide as
many facilities as possible so you don’t have to bring
them yourselves.
